Sanders Construction Services was formed in 1994 as a construction management firm working directly with clients as an owner/builder construction manager. Our long-term relationships with our clients, established on trust, honesty, and integrity has been the key to our current success as a full service design-build General Contractor. SCS was founded on the principle that we must constantly commit ourselves to improvement, and position ourselves to provide our clients with "hands on" service for each project undertaken, regardless of the size.

Sanders Construction Services begins to separate itself from other General Contractors even before the first plans are discussed or any groundbreaking takes place. Our philosophy is to approach each new opportunity as the beginning of a long term relationship. We place a very high value in an on-going partnership based on trust, as do our clients. While we prepare competitive bids on a selective basis, we emphasize the design/build and negotiated approach. This gives us the opportunity to use our in-house pre-construction experience in value analysis to create the most cost effective solutions for our client's needs.

SCS has implemented an Internal Subcontractor Quality Control (ISQC), in which all of our subcontractors and suppliers are reviewed and rated after each project. We also track their bid responses for competitive pricing and competent responsiveness. At the end of each project we collect comments from the architect, engineers, and clients to evaluate the performance and quality of each subcontractor. We then analyze all of our collected ISQC information to rate our subcontractors into groups that would be the most competitive and responsive to our client's project need.
