Best service out there! We went to this company when recommended by a friend. The company went out of their way to hook up their own hot water heater into our system that was down ( without us even asking ) otherwise we would have still been taking cold showers! They patiently waited while we went through a refinance, followed by a home equity ( while the banks were dragging their feet ) Finally, months later, our new system is installed and works great!
We replaced our heating, hot water and both AC units! We had other quotes from other companies who told us they could not even touch the price quoted to us from C.Albert Matthews! This company worked with us with scheduling the job on specific days and never left any mess behind! Highly recommend this company!

Terrible customer service. They waited till the day before an appointment to cancel on us. Then refused to tell us why couldn't honor the appointment as well!

Our church was in need of a HVAC system that would be adequate and efficient for our congregation. We made contact with C. Albert Matthews and they came out gave great presentations to the board members and were able to answer all our questions. After much consideration we chose the Carrier ductless wall units for our Church. What an excellent choice we made. We now have adequate cooling for the whole church and our congregation is very pleased.
These units look so nice and you can't even hear them running at all. Their staff worked to complete the project in a few weeks and were very considerate as they left no trash around as we were able to attend services as if nothing were going on at all. Overall I rate them as an excellent company that does professional work as we expected. I would highly recommend C Albert Matthews. Leonard Patchett and David Webb were instrumental in providing information and seeing that the project went smooth. Great company and Good people to work with.
