The original owners of this classic Buchan home wanted to upgrade their dated master bathroom. During our design meetings it became clear that they had two issues that needed to be solved. First they almost never used the corner tub and secondly they wanted additional closet/storage space. By eliminating the tub and moving some of the existing plumbing locations we were able to gain access to the unused attic space over the kitchen and dining room. With this new space we were able to build a new floor in the attic for an additional walk in closet and extra storage along with a spacious shower.
