RLPS provides feasibility study, master planning, architecture, and interior design services for clients throughout the United States. We specialize in planning and design of CCRCs/Life Plan Communities, senior care and inpatient hospice centers, public and private schools, colleges and universities and local commercial buildings including offices, libraries and hospitality venues.
Founded in 1954, RLPS is a full-service architectural and interior design firm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We are always looking for creative, energetic people to join our 85-person team with an average employee tenure of more than 10 years.
