When you're dealing with faulty plumbing you don't want to trust a plumber that takes multiple days to fix your problem. Fortunately, if you call Mark in to handle the job then you'll have functional and flowing plumbing in no time.
Service was excellent and plumber came up with idea to control leaks better if needed. I did not compare their charges and $90 an hour for plumber hire seems steep but trip charge was under usual charge at $40 so it may have evened out. I have no negative comments at all and I was very satisfied with all aspects of my contacts with the company.
We were very happy with level of service and quality of work we received from Mark's plumbing. We had a problem that needed to be taken care of quickly and they were here when they said they would be there. Our problem was taken care of professionally. We would highly recommend Mark's plumbing and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs that we have.
We were promised a job done in one month. They made mistake after mistake and we are still dealing with issues due to their poor time management, never asking what we wanted before doing something & poor communication, VERY POOR craftsmanship. We've had almost nothing but trouble from these guys AND now on top of it they want to charge us double the amount that was agreed on when we started the project & a great majority of the extra labor was due 100% to their own mistakes! DO NOT hire or allow them as a sub contractor. They will treat you horribly!
