Wish I could give negative stars Waited 5 months for them to deliver the wrong furniture which was pure junk. Then wait another 2 weeks for them to cancel the pickup. Horrible customer service 1300 for 1 small thing which I will have to get a refund from cc

Buyer beware. Our sales person, Diane Jackson, was wonderful but service after the sale is horrible! We have patiently waited 6 months for replacement of a broken dining chair they delivered. We paid extra for their "service protection plan" so we could get "white glove" service when we purchased a dinette set from Furnitureland South August 2, 2017. We were delivered a chair with a broken arm in November 2017! This chair was obviously broken when it was delivered and discreetly pushed up under the table to hide the break until they left. My wife found the break before they pulled out of the driveway and tried to flag them down but they didn't stop. A repairman eventually came to our home mid December and tried to fix the break without success and told us that the chair would have to be replaced since it wasn't repairable. The chair is still damaged and hasn't been replaced. We expect a nondamaged chair! The unfortunate thing is we were prepared to purchase a bedroom set from Furnitureland, but not after this disappointing experience!

Not very happy with the furniture I bought at this store. After receiving the furniture I had to request repairs to the back of a leather sofa. Someone did come out to make repairs but did a poor job. The sofas and recliner were very cheaply made for the money that was paid. They are completely falling apart. Was not treated very well from upper management. I will not visit or recommend this store.
