K2M Design provides architecture and project coordination to Simon Property Group, the nation's largest retail landlord serving as an integral of team member for their tenant coordination division. K2M provided architectural and MEP/S Engineering services for several new construction Valvoline projects. Projects were designed for site-specific delivery of a 4,800 GSF (2,400 sf main level with 2,400 SF Basement) Valvoline Instant Oil Change prototype in multiple US locations. Over the years, K2M has provided site investigations, building evaluations, and assessments, in addition to renovation and new construction architectural and engineering design services.
For FKAA's Stock Island Seawater Desalination Facility renovation, K2M provided planning, concept design, and cost effective upgrades to the facility. K2M Design was selected to develop the criteria for new construction full-service maintenance facility for ODOT to house administration offices, mechanics bays, wash bay, storage areas, refueling station and other facilities. This new construction 29,654 SF facility, affectionately referred to as "Jiffy Lube on steroids", was designed to enhance the maintenance support and mobilization readiness for military vehicles.
