You've made an investment in your furniture, so we are here to back up our products with our fine furnishings repair service. If you see a paint flake, a scuff in a stain, or a seam that needs sewing, just call us and we'll schedule a repair service technician to visit your home at a time that is convenient to you so that we can make that repair on-site if possible. If not, we can pick up the piece, fix it, then re-deliver to your home.

That's right. Our designers can help you in our stores, or in your home, helping you to bring a room together, or your entire home.
Louis Shanks offers a wide variety of flooring options including top quality carpeting, hardwoods and more. Wool carpets act as a natural air filter, trapping allergens such as dust and pollen and keep them out of the breathing zone. Wool is made up of millions of tiny springs, formed by the corkscrew shape of the crimp that is permanently set into the wool as it grows. Wool can withstand being stretched or compressed by as much as 30% of its length and still spring back to its original dimensions and shape.
