Would never use them again. They repaired a light and there was a defective part. They said they would come out and change defective part but wanted me to pay the $150 service fee! That is absurd! They put in a defective part and should have changed it. Would never recommend them to anyone! Terrible customer service!

I am thrilled that a colleague at work told me about Biles as I needed some electrical work done. They were easy to deal with, Sharon was VERY responsive and the electricians did a FANTASTIC job! I highly recommend them. I am glad they do other things beside electrical work as once you find a good company it is great if you can use them for other things! They were always on time, friendly and professional. I had new circuits put in my kitchen and I am so happy!

I have used Biles for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are responsive, come when they say, and finish what they start. I have used them at least 7-8 times, and I have never had a problem with them, and would use them again.
