This sad house had been recently remodeled in inappropriate aesthetic. Also, known in Palm Springs as an "Alexander Abomination". Pulling up to the house you could barely see the front door or any of the architecture or any of the original rock or block work. The house had been done via a 'home improvement' store and poor choices were made. The client wanted to bring the house to its midcentury glory. A complete remodel and refresh was in order. We stripped the house of its combination of wood and vinyl windows/sliders and replaced them with Low-E Dual paned windows.
