Ken Neyer Jr. manages commercial operations with plumbing and business credentials. A graduate of Cincinnati Technical College and licensed contractor, he directs estimation and design-build departments while maintaining industry certifications and apprenticeship program involvement.

Korey and Austin were great. They explained everything, worked quickly and efficiently, and the cost was a very fair price. They were also very respectful of my home and the people (and cat) within it. I definitely recommend them and will be happy to call them again should I need help!

Korey came to our home to see about a low water pressure problem with our kitchen faucet. He was very professional, yet personable and explained what the issue was and showed us the calcium-clogged valves. The problem wasn't apparent right away, and he kept investigating until he found it. He was very efficient and took the time needed to address the issue without wasting any. We appreciated the friendly, knowledgable service received. We feel we got more than what we expected. Very highly recommend this company for the quality of their employees like Korey.
