Juliano Associates is a full-service consulting firm specializing in professional land surveying and civil engineering services, serving Connecticut clients since 1973. Our family-owned and operated business is comprised of a team of highly trained, well-respected civil engineers and land surveyors fully licensed to operate in the state of Connecticut. From our home office in the Yalesville section of Wallingford, Connecticut, we provide planning, civil engineering, and land survey solutions to clients in both the public and private sectors.

Juliano Associates has been providing professional land surveying and civil engineering services to clients throughout Connecticut since 1973. We work with homeowners, developers, contractors, construction companies, municipalities, and state and federal agencies who trust us to provide timely, accurate and quality work that reflects our decades of experience in the field. The size of our firm is very advantageous to our clients. We are large enough to handle any project (with a dedicated, experienced team), but small enough that a principal is personally involved in every project.

A compilation plan is collected from existing records to give the client as much information as possible about a property's measurements and shape. It is not as accurate as a data accumulation survey. A data accumulation plan is originated by a land surveyor that may be presented on a map already in existence. There are more details and data is more accurate than in a compilation plan. An elevation certificate is an official record that shows new buildings and substantial improvements in all identified Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHAs) are properly elevated.
