A property survey describes, maps, and locates land ownership boundaries and corners, features and improvements. Land and its improvements are a major financial investment; therefore, all land ownership boundaries should be located, monumented and mapped by a property survey and filed as a public record. It all begins with a phone call or personal visit to Birrenkott Surveying, Inc. We are here to help you and to serve you with your surveying needs and to answer your questions concerning your property.
