They were upfront, on time, and professional. Very happy with the options and explanations of each option they gave me during the consultation. The installers were nicely dressed, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated throughout the install. Lastly they made sure to answer any questions before leaving. Yesterday our furnace was not working. I called Bobs at 8am for help. A technician was here by 9:30 and declared it dead! (It was 24 years old.) Today a new furnace was installed and the house is warm. Quality work, professional,neat, efficient and thorough!

I had Sawyer come to my house and give me an estimate/discuss my options for replacing my old unit. He was very professional, kind, and explained everything very well! Much more informative than the previous company I had look at the unit, also alot more personable and thorough. He also did not make me feel pressured into spending more than I need to. We have used Bobs for years. The technicians are always prompt and courteous and when they were here today they followed CDC recommendations. They are reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent both on the phone and in the office.
