I love this place and well the staff is amazing. Their selection of hot sauce is top shelf.

First time at the shop today - found both sauces I went in seeking as well as two new favorites (feels like I went through half the bottle of Diemen's Stinger in one sitting). This place is about the flavor as well as the heat. No gimmicks - just solid sauces. The owner curates a great stock and definitely knows his product!
