Regardless of the manufacturer of your cooling tower or the year of construction, Cyrco offers replacement cooling tower parts and services needed to keep your cooling tower operating at its best. Cyrco provides tower repair and reconstruction services to many industries including Power Generation Facilities, Manufacturing Plants, Chemical Plants, Steel Mills, Rendering Plants, and Processing Plants, as well as numerous Hospitals, Universities, and office buildings requiring HVAC and comfort cooling.
Cyrco has earned a reliable reputation for our ability to provide immediate response in the event of a cooling tower emergency. To facilitate this level of service, we inventory a large quantity of the most commonly used Marley and Amarillo gear boxes, Hudson Fans, Midwest Fan Stacks, and Rexnord Addax drive shafts as well as structural lumber, pultruded FRP shapes, FRP siding panels and fasteners. Most all materials are a direct shipment from our Greensboro, North Carolina facility. To minimize down time, expedite delivery, and reduce your project cost of purchasing OEM replacement parts, our Engineering & Fabrication facility can quickly produce components from either G-235 Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel for Marley, BAC, and Evapco Cooling Towers, as well as many other manufacturers.
Cyrco's experienced Sales and Structural Repair Engineering Team can assist you with determining the best practices and material selections to address deteriorated or damaged structural members regardless of the cooling tower manufacturer. Utilizing either ACC pressue-treated Redwood, West Coast Douglas fir, or Fire-retardant FRP composite structural shapes, our experienced technicians and project managers will execute your project needs safely, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner.
Don't see the part you are looking for? Our Fabrication Services may provide the solution you need as Cyrco's expanded manufacturing capabilities allow us to fabricate many replacement cooling tower components.
In 2006, Cyrco expanded its Manufacturing capabilities to support the growing demand for replacement tower components including galvanized and stainless steel casing panels, hot water distribution basins, and other key components for Marley, BAC, and Evapco factory-assembled cooling towers. To keep pace with this continued demand, we recently expanded our Manufacturing capacity by relocating our primary fabrication division to a new 40,000 SF facility specifically designed for manufacturing and assembly of new tower components and Stainless Steel cooling towers.
