Last year my husband had to use a jackhammer to tear up the basement floor and fix the pipe connection to the sump pump. Now this year we have to tear up the yard by the house to repair the pipe for the sump pump that runs to the road. all because they don't do the job right the first time. We will NOT recommend Connors to anyone!
