Hank and Shirley Scare. We were so impressed with W. C. Borchelt company and their workers. There were to the very minute on giving an estimate and arriving to replace our furnace. Calvin and Zack were so efficient, clean, polite, and efficient. Furnace replaced in less than 4 hours. We were so very happy with their work, most definetly be using them again.
I had a tech out this morning. On time and knowledgeable. I had a suspicion what the problem might be. He checked, I was wrong. He did a system check and found several small items that, together, brought my ancient system back to functional. I'm not in a position to replace my AC system this year, but it will be Borchelt who does the work when it is time. They are my Go To contractor.

With the weather coming make sure the exhaust on your furnace is clear! If it is not it can cause a no heat. Especially if your furnace is in your basement and is a high efficiency. Also keep your garage doors closed as much as possible if your water heater and water main is there. They can freeze up quick if you are just trying to clear your driveway.
Indiana weather goes from 65 degrees to 41 degrees! Warmer weather will be a constant at some point this Spring. We have mailed out post cards this year to our service contract customers to call in and schedule your Spring service to try and make sure nobody is forgotten.
