J&A installed our new furnace/air conditioner two summers ago and it has broken at least once each summer since it was installed. Getting a service technician to come fix it takes forever and they always have to come back a second time. Spent over $7k on this new system only for it to break when we need it most. Did I mention we have an infant at home on these 80+ degree days and, although we told them this, still did not get priority service or even a call back the same day! The office even hung up on my husband. Beyond frustrated and disappointed in this company and will not recommend to friends. Someone better come out to fix this ASAP!
