I have been a customer for over 7 years with this company. Their service people are very good and everyone is friendly. Recently I called for a plumbing repair and was quoted a $39 service call. The plumber arrived within the hour and looked at the problem and retrieved a part from his truck. Said. "I am done and that will be $139". I asked what happened to the $39 service charge and he responded that every job is a minimum of 1 hour labor at $100 per hour.
I called the office to discuss this and requested a call back as this was a unfair charge for less than 10 minutes of work. I have waited 5 days for a call back and still nothing but silence. They keep sending me these request for a review so here it is. I have purchased in the past a new AC/Heater, Water heater and whole house filtering system, but this will be the last time I use this company. While I cant get satisfaction with this bill nothing prevents me from spending my dollars elsewhere.
If you use this company ask for a total bill estimate before allowing them to do any work. Their service people are good but not worth the hassle and the hidden costs. Can anyone recommend a good plumbing/ heating company?

Everyone from the office staff, to the plumber, to the hvac installers were great! All were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Shan (plumber) was very informative and did great work! They are your neighborhood business that does not gouge you. They are fair with their pricing. I highly recommend them!
