My name is Jim King and my wife Kat & I decided in 2007 to re-establish our swimming pool company here in Charlotte, NC. Previously we owned and operated East End Pool King located in the Hamptons, Long Island for 13 years. Other componets of keeping your pool in tip top shape in addition to regular maintenance would be running the swimming pool filter pump 8-12 hours per day depending on the season (This will help prevent algae and bacteria growth), keeping your water level at the correct height, and alerting us if any issues arise. You may also want an additional maintenance if any of the situations occur: very heavy rains, more swimmers than usual, extreme temperatures, algae growth, or murky water. While onsite our technicians will also report any issue that may have occured between maintenance visits.
