Moved to MI from out of state, knew we were going to need a water heater, A.C., and furnace when we bought our new home. From a local referral we called for the water heater to be replaced first. Paul, one of the owners worked with us to find the best fit for our needs, which he came to after researching our specific concerns regarding the house we purchased and what we needed the water heater to do for us.

Then because we were so pleased with their work, we had them give us a quote for a new furnace and A.C., which came from John, another one of the owners. We knew we had some time so we also had four other contractors come in to quote the same job. Not only was Kentwoods quote one of the most reasonable but some of the contractors quoted twice as much or outright said the job we wanted couldn't be done and offered their alternative.

I'm not an easy sell and I had a lot of questions, they answered them all and were overly pleasant and accommodating throughout all of my inquiries and the entire process. Ruth, my contact in their office worked with me on the tits and tats regarding paperwork, billing, and rebates and always had a smile on her face. I came to find out that this is a family run business with brothers, wife's, daughters and so on working in various positions within the company, that means a lot to me.
