We recommend re-sealing your concrete every 2-3 years to keep its original color and texture. However, it depends on the amount of sun and traffic your concrete receives. The more you walk on it and the more UV exposure it receives, the more frequently you will need to reseal it. Please consult Morrison Custom Concrete for an expert opinion on your specific concrete sealing needs. We can certainly discuss resurfacing or adding a stamped overlay to your existing concrete. However, we do not recommend resurfacing or overlaying concrete on damaged or structurally compromised concrete.
