We offer numerous home plans that have been Parade of Homes Award Winning designs year after year to select from. If none of those meet your needs, we have several architectural firms that will design your dream home from scratch. The Dumont team specializes in building their client's home their way. From the initial meeting to the final walk through, Mike and Christian work closely with all our clients to ensure that all their ideas and wishes are being incorporated into their home. We have a design center in our office where some of the selections for the home are chosen and then each client schedules appointments to decide on the finishing touches of the home with our vendors for appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, lighting, etc.
