Walls contracting company has recently purchased 2 beautiful wooded lots in central Powhatan. Lots 48 and 49 are available for "Build to suit"in Branchway Forest. The minimum sq. ft. is 2000 but many homes are much larger. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
