Complete Blueprints is an independent residential home design studio in East Tennessee. We are located at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains, just south of Knoxville, Tennessee. This is an area rich in both rustic and modern beauty and styles, and provides us with spectacular surroundings to help spur the creative processes. Our design studio provides residential home plans to individuals, builders, and companies alike. While most design firms have a knowledge of design, drafting, and planning process, first, we are a little out of the ordinary.
