Our goal is to construct a small number of custom projects to the highest standards rather than to be the largest builder in the area. SauderBuilt's mission is to provide clients with a custom home of the highest quality using a proven, reliable and efficient building process. SauderBuilt was founded by Mark Sauder in 1978. Formerly known as Mark L. Sauder General Contractor, the business has operated under the same ownership and in the same location for thirty years. The Sauder family has been an established name in the Grabill community since 1830. Mark Sauder was born and raised in Grabill, Indiana and still resides in the area.
