Thomas Patrick Homes is a home building and remodeling contractor located in Oak Park, Illinois. We were founded in 2004 by our president, Tom Sundling, with the goal of providing residential construction solutions for customers that live in Chicagoland's historic homes and neighborhoods. We focus our new construction projects as in-fill homes in established Chicagoland communities. These homes are designed around the multi-functional lifestyle requirements of today's busy families. We believe that in many cases new construction is not the answer to a growing familiy's needs. We use creative space planning to redesign or expand existing homes to provide the necessary solution.
