What areas do you service?
We serve Colorado Springs and surrounding areas including Monument, Black Forest, Briargate, Falcon, and Manitou Springs. Check our website for the complete list of serviced neighborhoods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, gold, and winning lotto tickets. Credit card payments are not currently available.
Do you charge diagnostic fees?
Yes, we charge a $30 diagnostic fee that applies toward repair costs if you proceed with our recommended service. Service call fees start at $79.
Do you use original manufacturer parts?
We use OEM parts whenever possible to ensure quality repairs and maintain appliance warranties.
How does scheduling work?
We provide 2-3 hour appointment windows and call ahead before arrival. Schedule by phone or text during our business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Springs Appliance is AWESOME! My washer would not drain & my dryer would stop mid cycle. I called a local repair shop & without even inspecting it, they quoted me (over the phone) $500 & highly encouraged me to trash my 4 year old washer & dryer & purchase refurbished ones from them.
