Model Construction and Supply Company is owned and operated by three generations of the Nelson B. Settlemyer family, and has been improving many of East Tennessee's finest homes and businesses for 59 years. Kent Settlemyer, the President of Model Construction Company, is a Ceritfied Graduate Builder in Tennessee. Model Construction is completely state licensed, bonded and insured, and is a member of the Better Business Bureau. As a member of The Remodelors Council of Knoxville, in which they were 1988's Remodelor of the Year, Model offers a 12 month written guarantee on all workmanship and materials.

We install Residential and Commercial roofing materials which are backed by the Manufacturers Limited Lifetime warranty. We install quality Sunrooms, Screened Porches, seamless aluminum gutters and premium vinyl siding from leading manufacturers. We also provide remodeling services for Kitchen, and bathroom renovations as well as adding room additions. Our company has 45 years' experience in handling all types of insurance related damages and a combined experience in General Contracting of 90 years.
