Nothing worse than your clothes dryer going on the blink on Friday morning fully loaded with wet clothing. I called Shaw's and left a message. Within a half hourCurtis called to schedule a service call for this morning, April 16, 2018, at 11. Ethan, the technician, called about 10:15 to say he was going to be early! He arrived at 10:30. He found the problem with my dryer really quick! Replaced the thermal switch!
He even cleaned up all the lint in the back of the dryer! He was finished with the job before 11! Kudos to Curtis and Ethan for their professionalism and politeness! If you are in need of repairs on your appliances CALL SHAWS APPLIANCE!
