At Performance Foam we take pride in our over all customer service with quality control and the ability to work with the home builders and homeowners to make sure all of there needs are taken care of. We will meet with each customer on a one to one basis and answer any questions that are necessary. As the Premier Energy reduction specialist in the Ozarks we proudly service Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas. With our trained and knowledgeable staff we are able to help our customers reduce their energy bills, while educating them on the products that they are getting.

The best time to have us look at your project is undoubtedly at the planning stage. Deciding on foam can lead to downsizing your HVAC unit tonnage by up to 40%, which is one saving that can used to offset the costs of our product. You can achieve 40-60% decrease in heating/cooling utility bills, typically paying itself off in about 2-3 years. Another savings can be in the cost of lumber. Unless 2x6s are necessary for structural reasons, 2×4's can be used in conjunction with (3.5) foam to outperform any of type of insulation by providing an air seal.

Whether new construction, remodel, attic re-insulation, or crawlspaces. Residential construction is where we excel. Our attention to detail on any size project separates us from the competition. Residential foam applications include superior insulation in walls, roofing, crawl spaces, porches and more. We understand that you work hard for your money and want to invest it wisely, in fact, spray foam will start paying you back in roughly 2 years of energy savings. For example, on an average 3,000 sq.

The most common problem in metal buildings is the condensation or "sweating". With spray foam that metal should not condensate, which results in an increase in longevity of that structure and decreases chances of critters. With moisture comes mold/mildew and small insects, following that do the predators of those insects which tend to get bigger. Stop infiltration of critters in your metal building by eliminating the source. Typically metal buildings are difficult to use most of the year without an air conditioner or a heater, but not with spray foam.

Attics account for about 50% of energy loss in a home, which is why attic insulation is so critical. In an existing home, the loose-fill insulation on the sheetrock tends to settle and decrease in R-value over time. In an ideal situation, you always want to put your most efficient insulation where you're losing the most energy. Our first step is to remove the existing insulation. Then we can decide whether we will insulate on the roof deck(Closed assembly) or the sheetrock/ceilings(Open assembly).

Whether your project is a church, restaurant, or manufacturing facility, our expertise and capacity give us the ability to see the project to the end. With years of experience on hundreds of commercial projects, we can confidentially walk you through strategic options such as: open or closed cell, ignition and thermal barriers, or warranties and paints. The ability to cut operating expenses is on the forefront on any owner/operator, which is where spray foam can play a major role. There are many instances where spray foam has cut utility expenses by up to 50% while adding great acoustical advantages.

Typically, on remodels, spray foam is left to be the only option. With limited space for insulation, spray foam can outperform 20"+ of loose fill insulation in as little as 4-5". Upgrading insulation in an existing building tends to reveal the best savings because those older houses tend to leak a lot of energy. Spray foam will seal up those cracks and crevices, leaving you a much more efficient and quiet home. Those customers also tend to be the happiest as they get to see a utility bill before and after foam, on average seeing a savings of 30-50%.

There are many different ways to properly insulate a building, whether closed or open cell, roof deck or ceilings, thermal barrier or paint, etc. Which is why it's best to leave it up to the professionals, by having us do an energy audit on your project so that you are receiving the best value for your money. We understand you work hard for your money. As an Insulation company we need to create ways to add value and efficiency to your home, business or shop. Give us a call to schedule a comprehensive assessment of how to not only make your home more comfortable but save you money.

Crawlspaces are yet another culprit of energy loss through air infiltration, and therefore, moisture. Crawlspaces allow for air infiltration through the subfloor and then up through the ceilings in what's known as the "Stack Effect". Warm air rises through a home pulling cool damp air from the crawlspace. With spray foam you will air seal your subfloor, eliminating air infiltration and inherent moisture problems in the home. The next benefit of spray foam is the elimination of thermal transfer through the floor.
