Wayne was building green homes long before it was the cool thing to do. When Wayne started Solluna Builders in 2002, his goal was to build comfortable, healthy, high-performance homes. He is recognized for his knowledge, years of experience, and ongoing efforts to mentor the industry to a more sustainable path and to protect our quality of life. Wayne led the Green Building program at American YouthWorks beginning in 1999. It was on-the-job training for students and a busy R&D center for new, exciting materials and techniques.

Solluna uses sophisticated online tools to coordinate the construction work and track the schedule, deliverables, and details. You have 24/7 access to the team room to monitor daily progress, pose questions, and join in discussions. We schedule weekly on-site meetings with you to review progress, answer questions, and explain upcoming steps in the process.
We establish an integrated, collaborative team early in the project life cycle - homeowner, architect/designer, builder, project manager, and interior designer. We walk with you, through every step, from initial idea to completed home. The goal is the develop a project that meets your goals and aligns with your budget. To keep track of information, discussions, and decisions, we use a sophisticated cloud-based program. You have 24/7 access from your computer, phone, or tablet to detailed construction specifications, shop drawings, selections, cut sheets, and schedule.
The Solluna Builders design-build process walks you through the steps to plan, design, and build your custom home or renovation project. Consulting is a natural, integral part of our process. For example, we work with you to assess your property, establish a target budget, and fine-tune your goals and priorities. Sometimes, however, you might find yourself in need of an experienced, savvy builder to help think through a practical matter or assess a situation.
