Our staff has received extensive additional training in the area of glass rigging - where safety of people as well as product are critical From employing use of telehandlers to cranes, we can safely plan a proper glass set for special cases where oversized or inaccessible glass is being installed.

Design starts with a senior level consultant who will devote time to listen to your thoughts and help design an exceptional shower enclosure. All glass is measured for accuracy, designed to fit into the space it has been measured for. Enclosures are engineered at our facility, using software especially designed for the shower door industry. All of our shower enclosure engineering staff has received extensive training in developing an enclosure that meets and exceeds safety standards. We use only heavy duty rated hardware.

Insulated glass is a vacuum sealed individual unit with a "dead" air space in between the two (or more) panes. The dead air space assists in reducing the transmission of head or cold- It is actually the air space between the glass layers (lites) that provides the insulative qualities. If over time you notice the glass has become hazy inside of the two panes or "fogged" the seal has failed and you are no longer receiving any of the glass's insulating properties. As a vacuum sealed unit with dead air space, unit has to be replaced as a complete unit and not just one piece.

When glass is used as the curtain wall, a great advantage is that natural light can penetrate deeper within the building and the effects are dramatic. Most of these systems may also be incorporated into either residential front or store front applications. The weiland liftslide door system is a roller system of European design. It allows door panels to be lifted above a 3/16 flush track to roll easily when opening or closing the door. When lowered, the weight of the door, a special gasketing system, and multi-point locking provide excellent weather resistance and security.
