The sales rep sold me an incorrect tub and there was not one to meet my requirements. Management stepped up and offered me a larger shower at a discounted price which satisfied my wants. Sales reps need to be more knowledgeable about their product.
Price gouging! These people talk in all their about affordability, well they want $15,000 to install a acrylic shower pan and three surround walls. My biggest issue with this is some of our Community citizens that may not know any better will be taken advantage of.
