The recently completed Berkeley Beach Club in Saint Pete Beach, Florida, combines the intimacy of a seaside boutique hotel with casual beach cuisine (The Dewey Beach Bar & Grille) and picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful Pass-a-Grille Beach, from the rooftop bar.
On February 8, 2020, Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson was honored to be awarded the Addison Mizner Medial for Civic Design from the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art, Florida + Caribbean Chapter, for the design of Jesuit High School's Gonzmart Hall.
