Dale Peer - Home Design, Inc. has been successfully operating out of Springfield, Missouri since 1991 and has been practicing residential design for over 30 years. Several of our designs have been the recipient of 417 Magazine's "Home of the Year". We have designed homes ranging from around 1,000 to 12,000 square feet; from Spec homes to Custom homes which include Modern Farmhouse, French Country / Cottage, Contemporary, Mediterranean, Craftsman, Lake houses, etc. Dale Peer has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University and has had years of hands on experience with custom clients as well as builders in Kansas City & Southwest Missouri.
