Services
Passive Solar Design
Our passive solar design strategy utilizes south-facing windows, thermal mass materials, and natural ventilation to minimize energy consumption. We create buildings that maintain comfortable temperatures year-round through strategic orientation and material selection. This approach reduces reliance on mechanical heating and cooling systems while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality.
Green Building Consultancy
We provide expert guidance on energy-efficient building practices that reduce environmental impact while maximizing cost savings. Our consultancy services cover material selection, thermal performance optimization, and integration of natural systems. Clients receive tailored recommendations for achieving sustainable outcomes that align with project budgets and long-term operational goals.
Presentation Sketches
Our handcrafted presentation sketches use traditional media like watercolor, ink, and colored pencil to convey design concepts with artistic authenticity. These visualizations help clients better understand spatial relationships and material choices through detailed, human-centric perspectives that digital renderings often fail to capture effectively.
Community Projects
We design mixed-use developments that balance residential, commercial, and public spaces with environmental considerations. Our approach creates walkable communities that reflect local cultural traditions while incorporating sustainable infrastructure. Projects emphasize solar access, shared spaces, and energy-efficient building clusters that enhance neighborhood cohesion.
Design Consultancy
Our consultancy covers a wide range of architectural challenges from initial concept development to regulatory approvals. We provide specialized expertise in integrating passive design principles with modern building requirements while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Services include feasibility studies, design alternatives, and technical documentation to support project implementation.
