The extent of water damage assessment is challenging after a loss. Water damage restoration should be done by a company that has the experience and knowledge to execute this type of repair. I will personally review your insurance adjusters repair contract with you, take photographs, and evaluate the contract. From there, I will contact your insurance company's adjuster to introduce myself and to discuss the details of the repairs needed. If we find any damage not listed on the original contract, I'll catalog my concerns and speak with your adjuster for approval.
