Woolen Mills was a CM@Risk project involving the comprehensive historic renovation and adaptive reuse of a 100,000sf textile factory built in 1847 along the banks of the Rivanna River in scenic Charlottesville, Virginia. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and was eligible for both state and federal tax credits. The Cregger Center is a new 155,000sf state-of-the-art athletic and events facility for our valued repeat client, Roanoke College, located in Salem, Virginia. Branch Builds was hired to provide comprehensive design-build services, which included assisting in the architect selection process as well as providing Branch's professional preconstruction services.
