Quest Floor Care provides meticulous, careful carpet cleaning, tile and grout care and furniture care. With our one-year spot and spill warranty, if you can't get get rid of a spot or stain on your own, we'll remove it for free. We are a small family-owned business that provides all our clients with personal, custom care.

My name is Joseph Rogers, and I'm the Owner/Operator of Quest Floor Care, LLC. I founded this company to bring a higher level of service to the Carpet Cleaning industry in the New River Valley. I take pride in the finished product of a clean floor and enjoy seeing the transformation I've made in my customers' homes and businesses. I inherited my strong work ethic from my father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who were all skilled woodworkers. Pieces of furniture they made generations ago have been passed down through my family and serve as examples of truly fine craftsmanship.

We all love our pets, but that doesn't mean we have to love the stains and smells they leave behind. Any dog or cat owner will tell you that accidents happen. Once a spot has been marked the animal is more likely to use that spot again and again. Before long this can become a big problem, and that's when help is needed. We totally understand. Here at Quest Floor Care we use the same 3 steps for every cleaning: Spray, Scrub, and Extract. This process is described in detail here. However, our pet cleaning process does involve some key differences from our regular cleaning.

Your tile and grout floor is pretty easy to maintain, on a day to day basis. After a few years, though, the grout lines start to get dark, from accumulated soiling and build up. When you look at the grout lines over near a wall (where no one ever walks) and then compare them to the normal traffic areas, if you can tell a difference in the color, it's time for a good professional cleaning.
