My wife found these guys and they painted the entire interior of our house. They completed the job while we traveled over the holidays and we returned home to the beautiful job they did. Straight, clean lines, patched/repaired all holes/cracks...honestly feels like a new house. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend!

Jamie's crew did a great job on our two story house in Cardiff. The crew power washed and re-stained all the exterior wood eaves, fascia, under hangs, wall caps, stair rails, and pergola. Great job masking and protecting stucco exterior and walkways. They showed up every day on time and always cleaned up before they left. They were always very quiet and courteous. Jamie's bid was very competitive, and he came by several times to make sure the job was being done to his satisfaction and mine. Overall, a great experience.

Whole crew came and painted the entire interior of the larger-than-average one-story house and completed the job days earlier than estimated. Jamie is a perfectionist and catches not just the details you think of but many many more (like caulking seams and getting paint shades just right for our ceiling inset). Our "new" home was 10 years old and thanks to Maverick Painting, it looks no different than a brand new model home by the ritzy builders down the road! Jamie does work on high-end gazillionaires and local homeowners like us and treats us no differently from the gazillionaires. Highly recommend and will continue to use Maverick Painting for exteriors and interiors of any home we own (our primary or our rental). They are the best quality and the best value in town! I've had him paint two large jobs for properties I manage and one I'm selling. I've tried many painters and he is way more careful doing all the prep needed first before painting to eliminate as much of the mess as possible. I had no problems with him with over spray like other painters, and he covers everything with plastic if people's belongings are there which is a pain. He's also the most reasonable I've found. He uses Sherwin Williams and cuts lines straight. Always ask for caulking corners and gaps, baseboards and such, he does a great job at that. Most painters leave gaps and don't caulk where they should and it looks so much cleaner and professional with caulking corners and edges that need it! He takes checks and cash, credit card is extra but that's normal for a small business, especially with his good pricing. He's fast and checks the jobs before, during and after. I'm very pleased with his work. Pay a deposit and then be ready when the job is done to pay him same day. Hard worker!

This review is overdue and should have been posted a few months ago, I apologize for not being timely. Contracted with Maverick to paint the exterior of my house. Generally, the crew did a good job painting both stucco and wood. There was a paint color mistake made, but it was resolved. There were several cracked roof tiles as a result of the job that they claimed was not their fault. After a roofer inspected the broken tiles, it was obvious that the tiles were recently cracked and damaged. Jamie made it right and replaced/installed the tiles using a roofer. I respect Jamie and his company because he did the right thing in the end - he is a good guy.

I have used Maverick painting twice now. Inside and now, outside. Jamie and his crew are meticulous with details and are thoughtful and detailed oriented with their painting. Nothing is forgotten or neglected. I appreciate how Jamie follows up and makes sure his client is happy. I highly recommend Maverick Painting. They are top notch. They delivered quality work, my husband and I are very happy, especially this being the first home for my husband and I. Jaime does a great job describing the process of painting and his team completed the job a couple of days early. However, he is somewhat difficult to work with and while I respect that he did not want to deliver on services he felt he could not complete, I do not respect him first stating he can do it and then going back and forth about it. Unfortunately, we never had our doors painted as was originally planned and worst was that he scratched some of the doors to demonstrate that they were painted poorly by the previous owners, so now I am left with scratches on my doors
