They replaced our gutters & did our eaves/sofit in vinyl.
Looks great! Professional, came on time on day scheduled, started work immediately, (830am) and worked as a team to complete job in same day. Finished at 7pm after the clean up. I would highly recommend them, this is the second job they have completed for us.

Anthony was great to work with. He explained details of proposed work and schedule. I had gutters installed last year, and a roof this year. Very pleased with the finished product and the workers were very professional and cleaned up all of the debris for both projects.

We had a rubber roof put on the back of our house. The guy who gave us the estimate was wonderful, I have zero complaints on him. The day we had it done however changed everything. First we were told that they would be at our home between 9-12. I called that morning to see if they could give me a closer time because we had someone here that was pulling insulation out when they cut out the part of the roof that leaked.
We were then informed that it would be noon or shortly after, not a big deal. At 2:40 I called asking where they were and was told they would be there within 30 minutes. Over an hour later, 3 people showed up, one of which was a child of maybe 13, with NO ladder! They told us that their other crew would be there in about an hour. Luckily we had a ladder for them to use so they could start. The second crew did not show until after 7pm!
They proceeded to bang around on the roof until 10:15 pm only to inform us that they would have to come back the next day. One guy and the child showed at 10 the next morning, did what they had left to do and then left, never spoke a single word to me. Today they called looking for the rest of the payment, when my husband proceeded to tell them about the terrible experience we got a sorry and told it would be sent to the manager and then told that they needed the rest of the payment.

Mr. Branham with Jeff Home Improvements was very attentive to my needs and worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get approval for the replacement of my roof. Once that was done he followed up to insure that the work was done promptly and correctly. Also the work appears to have been very professionally done with treat quality. We have experience several heavy storms with high winds and rain since replacement and there have been no leaks or problems. I definitely recommend their services to anyone needing any kind of home repairs.

I had four different contractors come to my house to give an estimate for repairing a leaking roof and Jeff Home Improvement was the ONLY one to actually get up on our roof to examine it! The others gave me verbal quotes only without inspecting, whereas not only did Jeff Home Improvement inspect our roof but provided a written estimate based on their inspection. Very fast service, I would highly recommend. Thanks Jeff Home Improvement!
