I can’t say enough great things about Joe! He replaced our unit to our gate a few years ago. The gate was acting up and today he came out, assessed and fixed our issue. He is always available and beyond professional! He is honest and a true gem to work with. We won’t use anyone else when it comes to our electric gate! If you want someone reliable- JOE is your go to!

I can't begin to say enough positive things about N Tx Garage. Five stars doesn't do them justice. Firstly, interacting with them has been one of the most refreshing customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Joe is beyond helpful and truly out to serve his customers. Case in point, he went out his way to help me out and educate me on a gate issue on a late Friday - on Memorial day weekend- when no else was available. He genuinely cares for his customers and it shows in everything that he does.
Secondly- ethical. NT Garage is the kind of place that is going to put the customer first EVEN if it means they forego a little profit on their end. No upcharging, no games, only great service.

We have a gate that runs across our driveway and it slid off the track at 5pm
Both cars were inside the gate, with no way out. I figured the cars would be trapped for days while we tried to find someone to help
After explaining the situation to Joe he arrived at my house within 2 hours and had the gate back on track and up and running. I honestly cannot believe the level of service and professionalism

Very good service both at and after point of sale. Weeks after install Joe came back and helped me with my remotes at no charge. I should have updated my gate opener years ago! Highly recommended.

North Texas Garage Door and Gates was a pleasure to work with. Getting repair work done can feel like a huge pain but they made it easy. Joe was our initial contact and Stephen completed our spring repair/replacement. They were very professional, responsive, and friendly during the entire process and the pricing was reasonable. They were upfront and honest with their quote and went above and beyond to work with us. I was lucky enough to have my garage door functional the same day I called. I would 10/10 recommend them and will use them personally in the future as I am considering upgrading our garage door. Being that they are a family owned/operated business was also a huge plus in my book.

CALL HERE FIRST!!! After getting replacement quotes of $4k and $4.5k from other companies, thankfully I waited for Joe to take a look at my broken gate motor. He texted with his ETA and when he arrived, and by the time I walked out the back door he literally had the cover off the motor and the gate rolling again. When other contractors wouldn’t even consider a repair, he said the motor was still working fine, just had some loose rollers and a bad connection with my remote. Within 30 mins he had the gate working perfectly and even hopped in my wife’s car to sync the gate control signal to her vehicle. I love contractors like this who bypass the expensive and flashy marketing and pass the savings on to their customers. Joe relies on repeat customers and online referrals... and after saving me thousands of dollars I will be doing both (using him to stain the fence now). Thanks again Joe!
