Roadrunner Paving and Asphalt Maintenance started with humble roots and a desire to help. We weren't always the large paving company we are today with a wide selection of high-quality tools and materials to handle any paving job. When Leon Slade and Elmo Chesley started the company in 1979, it was a small custom paving business. Roadrunner Paving started by helping out others who needed paving work but who didn't have the equipment to do it themselves. Some of our earliest projects included residential and arterial streets, parking lots and overlays.
