Our team is comprised of seasoned, licensed professionals with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in the fields of Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The goal of DCI is to insure that every stakeholder on the project has a voice. DCI seeks to accomplish this mission by ensuring that all stakeholders (the community, client, staff, sub consultants, contractors, end-users) are engaged in the early stages of a project to maintain a collaborative and unified process.

Emmanuel has over 23 years of experience successfully delivering commercial retail projects in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Projects have encompassed new construction, major exterior and interior renovations and complete interior tenant fit-ups. Throughout his extensive years of practice, he has exhibited strong leadership skills as a team captain and project director. His philosophy is that a truly successful project comes from a strong collaboration of all stakeholders in the project. Emerson had been serving as Managing Principal-In-Charge of Hamilton Associates LLC, an architecture, engineering and planning and real estate development firm and has collaborated with DCI since inception.
