Filed BBB complaint. Will file with consumer affairs in suffolk county, and file a police report now. Never used their service, but they worked on neighbor's property. Kicked up a rock, shattered my van's rear window. Look I'm not stupid. I have lived at the property for 19 years and never had this incident, until I had new neighbors and they decided to use this company for landscaping. No one just comes to your van and decides, "oh let me smash it with a hammer." They were edging my neighbor's curb and my van was the next house over on the curb.
Now they are not owning up to it. The owner has given me such BS saying his truck and trailer were in front of the curb, and that I had a car for sale on the grass. That's great. Your truck was directly behind your employees that were edging, and the car for sale was on the grass. When you are edging rocks and debris fly parallel to where you are edging not behind you. My van was in perfect line of sight to where you were edging. (my property starts at speed limit sign seen in pic) All I know is I wouldn't want a company like this working at my house. I am sure the work they do is great, but it nulls their credibility and honorability when situations like this occur.

Highly recommend Keith's lawn maintenance. They do an excellent job on keeping my lawn looking its best. Their fall and spring cleanup is the best.
