Dats Cold, based in Slidell, La, was started in 2015 by brothers Justin and Jared Allen. Both grew up working on appliances and air conditioning systems at their father's home-town service company. Our condenser was making a weird noise while running. I called Dats Cold because we used them in 2019 and they were great. Of course when Joe came the noise wasn’t happening. He was able to find a couple problems that were likely the cause. He got everything fixed up and we haven’t had any weird noises since! I had him come back to do some preventative maintenance.
Joe was awesome at explaining everything to me. He also did a great job with my two very curious kids.
