I needed some hot water heater pipes rerouted. I called 3 different plumbing companies and no one answered they all went to voicemail and a message was left. The 4th company I called was All Star and an actual person answered the phone. They scheduled a tech to come out the following day. (I still have not got a response from any of the other three companies). Eric was the technician, he was professional, courteous, explained how he could fix my issue and did a great job. The cost was very reasonable. I will most definitely use them again for any day plumbing needs.

Where do I start? Rob and his team are AMAZING! Very professional, came in and fixed our AC in our office promptly. Installer (from a different company) did not install everything correctly) but All Star fixed it and left it better than anyone could have!! They are very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mr. E Jones was extremely professional. He was able to solve my issue without finding any extra charges. He tested my water heater and saw that all the elements were working fine and the only real issue was the temperature was not even. He could have easily told me to hat I needed a new unit and I would not have known otherwise. He was honest, helpful and friendly. He answered my questions about tankless vs tanked water heaters.
