Eric Stier with Brentwood Construction did a fabulous job transforming an unused upstairs lanai into a 300 square feet gorgeous sitting room that adjoins our bonus room. Big beautiful windows overlooking our lake, crown molding, A/C ducting, hardwood floors finished on-site...just a wonderful experience from planning, tear-out, construction, and finish. Oh, and finish work was all low or NO VOC - Eric gets that too! Eric was there with each step overseeing all the work the subs were doing. Communication was great. Professional and very competent! I highly recommend Brentwood Construction.

We recently had a second master bedroom and bathroom added to our home. This was our first experience with a construction project so we were very overwhelmed. Eric made the process absolutely seamless. He let us know exactly what to expect at every step along the way. He handled every detail and we didn't have any stress whatsoever. The project came out exactly as we pictured and we so happy with the final result. Whenever we need a remodeling project completed in the future, we will certainly be calling Eric. I wish there was a 6-star option, because Eric and Brentwood Construction were unbelievable! We met with at least 7 other contractors, before we settled on Brentwood, and couldn't have been happier. He was able to foresee problems before they occurred, and provided valuable insight and suggestions that saved us both time and money. Brentwood provided the highest quality, at one of the least expensive costs. He did a 400 square foot master-bedroom/master-bathroom addition, and it's beautiful. I would highly recommend Brentwood to anyone!!! Thanks, Eric!
